Pack light and do a load of laundry in the full size washer/dryer included in the ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. 

The guest suite shares an entry vestibule with the main house and is located on the first floor for easy access. Please note, there is one step at the front door to enter our house.

Conveniently located in northwest Greenpoint on Franklin Street. 2 Blocks from the Greenpoint Ave/India St G train, 2 blocks from the Greenpoint East River Ferry stop, 1 block from the B32 for a short ride to LIC or Williamsburg.
