The guest suite shares an entry vestibule with the main house and is located on the first floor for easy access. Please note, there is one step at the front door to enter our house.
Conveniently located in northwest Greenpoint on Franklin Street. 2 Blocks from the Greenpoint Ave/India St G train, 2 blocks from the Greenpoint East River Ferry stop, 1 block from the B32 for a short ride to LIC or Williamsburg.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Greenpoint Guest Suite. We stayed for 4 nights while visiting family in the area. It’s very hard to find reasonable accommodations in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, especially when you want to be within walking distance to family. Greenpoint Guest Suite is all that and more. Recently renovated, well designed, very clean, the bed is very comfortable and great bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker are very handy. The location is close to lots of excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Helen has thought about everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’m glad to recommend Greenpoint Guest Suite, and will consider staying there again."
"We stay at Greenpoint Guest Suite when visiting our family in Brooklyn. It is a wonderful studio with large bathroom, washer-dryer and a small kitchenette. It is very well designed and immaculate. The best part is the location, which is in the heart of Greenpoint and only steps away from great restaurants and cafes., as well as the ferry terminal and bus line. It is far superior to any of the hotels in the area and a much better bargain. The owners live right upstairs and are extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. It is our go-to place for our regular visits. Don’t miss the stupendous bread, pastries and coffee at Bakeri, which is just a few blocks away."
